Beside the Mbesa Mission Hospital other community projects have been started in Mbesa. These have been founded to show the love of Jesus Christ to the local population of Mbesa in a practical way and to promote development. These projects include a local orphanage, a primary school (“Mkwaju”), as well as a school teaching five different training opportunities to young men and women (called “Nazareth”).
